Went to see an escort a week ago and had such a bad experience i dont think i will ever visit another, I got a look of such distain and disgust as she saw me naked that i dont think i will ever feel the same.
Im no fool none of the escorts i have met wanted to have sex with me but this girl actually looked repulsed by me. Ive visited escorts for one reason I suffer from fordyce spots which are little white bumps on your scrotum penis and sometimes lips they are genetic and completely unrelated to any std and i didnt even realise they were out of place till an escort pointed them out to me as ive always had them i generally find escorts quite understanding and much more easy going than your average girl with these, but before this girl even saw my penis she looked at me like i was a leper right now i couldn't hate myself anymore and i cant decide whether i can really give this up i dont have the confidence to try pull because im too afraid of what your average girl might say but i dont want to be a hermit. Wow college-lad, sorry for your troubles. It does sound like you've a situation that needs to be managed. I'm guessing that you're probably early 20ish ?
I wonder if you've ever had a regular girlfriend ? I imagine that a girlfriend would be the most understanding person you could meet ? In fact after you'd be with her a few times it'd become the norm for her.
I'm trying not to sound patronising or one of those older guys who think they know it all but I'd give up the escort thing if I were you. I know we all have our needs but you're supposed to be all starry-eyed & idealistic, not cynical like most of the old farts here.
If you do continue seeing escorts why not find 1 who gets you, gets along with you & see her on an ongoing basis ?
If I was you I'd be very honest with any potential girlfriend after you know that she likes you. It's the old story, if she hangs around then she's a good one & if she doesn't then she wasn't worth it anyway. Falling for a girl & her falling for you is one of the most pure things a young person can experience, sex is just something that naturally follows. If a girl loves you nothing you have to tell her will be a deal breaker !

As The Nads said I do feel sorry for you plight and have seen from one of your reviews that you mention you are 20, you are very young to find yourself in this situation and I do not mean to come across in any way patronising to you , however " fordyce spots " are much more common than maybe you realise, and in fact this condition is controllable and treatable.
With the correct medical diagnosis and treatment you will be amazed at the difference this will make to your life, your outlook and your self esteem.
I have seen this condition before, both before and after treatment, to those who may have not seen it, yes it does somewhat resemble some form of STI when in fact it is a follicle problem.
I would recomend you visit a specialist, you will be very surprised at the treatments available , I think that after that then you can decide if visiting escorts for whatever reason you have is in fact for you.

I concur with what both TheNads and Milfminx have written. The treatment option sounds good. If you do decide to continue seeing escorts, I would advise you to inform an escort that you are booking about your condition and explain to her what it is. In addition, I would advise you to look to escorts who are maybe that bit older and with that bit more experience of dealing with men. They are more likely to have encountered people with all sorts of different conditions and will in general be able to handle any situation better than somebody who is young and inexperienced.
We have had posts here before from clients who felt that an escort was insensitive towards them regarding such issues as maybe a disability or weight/size........so maybe this negative encounter was purely down to the escort's lack of experience or knowledge.
But as TheNads wrote, at 20 or so, you really should be out trying to mix with females of your own age group......concentrate first on developing friendships and see where it takes you. -

All the above is true, it can be treated etc etc. but I would put this down to the lack of experience on the escorts behalf, they're not all like this so I wouldn't let one bad experience put you off completely.........

for what its worth mate, at your age why not try cultivate some ordinary non-escort female relationships. I only started going down this route after life had kicked me around a bit and to be honest with ya i'm tryin to wean meself off the habit.
If you can't bring yerself to stop find some of the excellent gfe escorts, some girls are awesome at the amount of genuine (i feel) warmth they bring to a visit.

Fordyce spots are present in around 80% of the population. They're nothing to worry about, and most doctors would tell you not to bother getting them 'treated'. They are basically little collections of sweat glands, and don't cause any other issues that I'm aware of. However, if you're very conscious of them, you can get treatment.
