A friend of mine who was very good at this technique described the motion of the fingers as a 'royal wave' or 'come hither to' motion. I actually think that all women are capable of squirting, but for the reasons above that Sandy has given not all women will squirt. You have to be completely relaxed, which many people wouldn't be with a total stranger and you have to enjoy the experience, which some women wouldn't.

That isn't really a consideration to be honest. I've gushed with guys I was not physically attracted to, but I liked them, so I was relaxed in their company and they knew what they were doing and hit the spot.
