Only 21 girls in D2?

Why so few girls in Dublin 2? Currently only 21 girls there, compared to over 40 in D4 or D1.

How many do you need?

The good news is that the situation in D2 is about to be transformed ... watch this space (and my face as it goes from :( to :) and finally :D - there's only one lady can make that happen).
