What's happened to the front page?

Why do I keep getting 'toggle mobile/desktop website' when I access home page, it's annoying, it's only a half page & it's impossible to naviagate.

We have had to make changes to the mobile friendly site in order to comply to changes made by google in terms of ranking for mobile sites. You should have the option of switching to the desktop version at any time x

It was fine this morning, I paid for my ad, then I went to check my profile & it was this annoying half page site. I'm on my usual laptop. I've clicked on the 'toggle mobile/desktop website' & it's reverted back to normal, thank god.

I was going to pay for the front page but if guys and girls are having trouble with it is it really worth paying extra for it if many are having trouble with it?
