Are you using a dongle? If so, open your installed programmes menu, select the dongle, uninstall it, switch your machine off, restart it, reinstall your dongle. That will reset it, I think.

Kelly, are using an O2 dongle???
If there is one thing you girls should know about is dongles. You know you need to open something to find a dongle, you need to be switched on before you install it then shortly afterwards you need to uninstall it. You do not necessarily need to switch off after you uninstall the dongle but if you need to install another dongle then you might want to reset first.
