Unfortunately in reply to DAVE`S review I have to agree with everything written.
But I have to also add as well as the landlord picking up my rent with only 1hrs notice I had also developed a major leak in the bathroom, that any of the clients I saw on Thursday will confirm the extent of the flooding in the hallway (very nearly developing webbed feet on the way in lol)

Can I also add that I did offer a discount if he rebooked to make up for his wasted journey.
