It's a server side error but could be caused by an old session - given that your post is a couple of hours old I guess that since posting you've closed & restarted your browser & most likely fixed the issue?

If by some chance you are still getting this: what are you doing when it happens?

Could you confirm you get this message again?? Our techies checked email system recently and there was no issues with it.
