Am I the only one seeing the Whats new / New Posts pages all messed up?

I'm on my phone and it seems fine.

When you click on "whats new" or "New Posts" the page looks like this:

Yep, another glitch with IE9, looks perfect on Google Chrome :mad:

I get this sometimes also. All I do is click on broken page icon Anon. Hope this helps.
