Where were the parents, grand-parents, guardians???
Surely a 3 year old child requires onging supervision more so when the tempurature is -17 outside. I understand accidents can
happen but gosh, what a tragedy. A lot of questions to be answered, horrific stuff.
So sad. Grandmother must be in shock and how do you get over this.
If another grandma stabbed a boy to death, what penalty would be left for her?
In freezing weather which upsets routine, an old lady didn't realise a kid in her care sneeked out.
Health problems, medication, other kids, alcohol, other distractions.
I'm sure the granma is distraught. think about her, Steph, kid don't need it now. ;)
The little guy - wearing nothing but a shirt and nappies - wandered off from the second story apartment of
the grandmother , found his way downstairs in a big building , made his way out onto the street , and wandered
several blocks away before (presumably) falling and then freezing. At night / early am (?)
That's more than a tragic accident ! A plane crash or choking on a dim sum is an accident.
This criminal neglect ! If not intentional abandonment ! Imo !
Me upset .
And then some hours later (or before ?) a four year old was found wandering the streets without clothes ?
(Click on link in my op : video report , I forget details x)
Was just about to add to my above post : only excuse for granny is if she's unexpectedly incapacitated by a sudden
health issue : stroke , heart attack , dead , etc.
In that case I can see little boy ambling off in despair , needing help. X
