I heard it too, but I didn't hear any organisation mentioned. Sounded rather contrived, I'd like to see a transcript of what the narrator said, it didn't make much sense when I heard it.
The journal also TORL's mouthpiece did an article on a radio ad from the Immigrant Council about criminality and prostitution today.
