...for me it is small, petite with dark hair and fair skin. Seeing black bra straps against a slender pale white body is a huge turn on for me :D

Steroids and testosterone supplements very likely.
And an OCD like attention to diet.
Women are supposed to dislike males who spend more time preening in the bathroom than them but some of these guys out for the perfect physique are probably more obsessive.
