New mobile phone laws

Anybody notice in the programme for government, the line that says that all mobile phones must be registered with a name and address?
This is an anti drug idea, but how many of us use a secret ready to go phone or SIM?

Had that long b4 i ever tried these services - hav had 6+ nbrs r more ;)

What happens to sim cards that aren't already registered though?

Don't follow you !?
To register all you have to do is give a name and address - any name any address or tell them you'll do it online yourself !

The ones that have been bought b4 this arent req to reg .. but even if they were its as above ...
