We are fast but you can't expect to make a payment late at night at the weekend and always have your ad put up first thing the following morning. Try giving us 24 hours notice at least, especially at the weekend, because we have less staff working than during week.

Sorry for getting back to you so late. I would like to apoplogise for my outburst on my last email. I just had a hell of a trip to make it to Dublin, 1 missed flight, 2 cancelled, and another one delayed. My trip was therefore shortened to 3 days instead of 5(while my hotel was booked for the 5 nights and non refundable), and I landed after the banks were closed on Friday. I was very grumpy, and my patience was very low or quasi inexistant at that point, as I thought I was in Dublin for nothing, just wasting money in hotels and couldn't earn any, as nobody knew I was there. I am very sorry you had to pay the price for all my misbehaviours, which were in no way your fault.

I do understand you are very busy, and appreciate all the work you have done (pretty good in my case, I have been so busy that I have just only found the time to email you back!).

So again, please accept my sincere apologies.
