Log in, go to private message, look to your left (Control panel), theres's sections for editing pics and signatures.

And if you ever want a discount...

I presume your looking for an avatar. Go to user cp. Then select edit avatar. It gives you options to upload a picture from your computer. Theres an edit signature in user cp also.
