Can you trust non-confirmed photos?
NO.
This is a rethorical (sure i spelt that wrong) question.
Only possibility is recent photos, within a few days which the mods have not got round to.
If reviews are positive then you might give the photos some credience, provided the reviewer has more than a handful of reviews.
I agree, you're certainly taking a chance
