Calling an escort by another name?

I recently came very close to having an affair, I stood back from the situation as it was not for me but recently she came back into my head, so I visited an escort that looked like her, well sort of similar and during the main act I found myself saying her name, it was a major turn on, don't think I ever got as hard, is this common, do you guys ever do this or ladies has this ever happened to you, was I wrong and disrespectful to the lady I was with by calling her by a name other than the one she has chosen for herself?
I tried to explain to her what I wanted before, I.E call her by a certain name but her english wasn't great so I just went ahead and done it anyway...:o

What about getting an escort to call you by another name .For example in my case it was daddy as in whos ure daddy.
But serious anon i have often called escorts by different names i think it adds to the fantasy.
