shaneman Review

It is now 24 hours since I emailed Patricia telling her the reasons I had not returned Shaneman's calls. My rebuttled of the review has not been added to it.

Perhaps Patricia can tell me what is the point of advertsing on here when she allows reviews like that to stand when they could seriously harm my buisness?

The site must monitor reviews hourly and REMOVE any that are causing offence.A complete review of REVIEWS by the moderators of the site is long overdue. D

I can't simply remove every review submitted that somebody complains about. If I did, there would be no point having reviews, the only reviews left up would be the completely positive ones. It is also a bit much to expect us to be monitoring everything 24/7. We always have staff working and available by phone and email from early in the morning until late at night 7 days a week. I think that is an acceptable level of staffing. I also personally believe, it is much better for ladies like Jackie if they come on here and dispute poor reviews than it is if I simply delete them. Irish clients are generally intelligent people - They can see for themselves there are two sides every story and make their own minds up about most things - I don't think they want or need me totally squashing free speech here. If I had Jackie's response to this review, it would have been added to the review.

Patricia - you're damned if you do you're damned if you don't. For what it's worth I think you and this site do a pretty good job on the reviews....

Patricia, I emailed you and received an aknowledgment that you had received it!!!

Anyway here is my version of events:

"Shaneman" sent me some very strange texts (I don't reply to texts anyway) and he also emailed me, which I ignored as I didn't like the content. He also bombardard me with calls, morning noon and night from the time my advert went on the website. It was so bad I had to have my phone turned off for long periods.
