That place seems to be quite a nice set up. Girls that are free to chose their services and clients, none of them trafficked or misleaded. With someone that take cares of the messiest part of the business, i.e. phone calls, plus finding accommodation, all those chores. Everybody getting paid good money, even the girls on the phone. I assume they are free to leave whenever they want too.
