I'm not focusing on the fact the extra money is a tip, more that is it common when a lady advertises 90/30mins, is given 100 and she doesn't offer change, it's not like many clients are going to ask for it. If it was a tip, no matter how small isn't it common courtesy to either enquire is it a tip or at least thank one for it?
I'm not seeking recognition just curious, surely with all the cheapskates out there some would expect there change and is it common not to be offered it.
