Unverified photos, not allowing reviews

Unverified photos (after days with the profile active), not allowing reviews (I've punted with girls who had no reviews and it's being highly positive)
Really wonder, what's the point of these ad's?
Seems to be a few in Sandyford at the moment, or am I mistaken are their punters so naïve to take the risk?

Any thoughts?
