Does inactive mean i should not contact the escort?

Hi,

I`m visiting Ireland on a short trip. One beautiful escort i saw last week is presently inactive on the site now.
Does that mean she is not touring and that i should not contact her?

Luckily, i realized that i have her number saved!

It could mean that or it just might mean she isn't currently paying for an advert. No harm in sending a text, seeing as you have met before. If she can see you she will likely reply. I would make reference to having met before in the text just in case she does not keep any numbers.
