Talking to Yourself

Whats wrong with it? I do it all the time especially in public when we talk to ourselves we are processing our thoughts I dont do it in the company of others as that would annoy some people

I was always told it's ok to talk to yourself, it's when you answer yourself back you have a problem ;)

Sometimes I imagine as if I'm saying something, I agree that it helps you think.

It's like a mental algebra, how are you supposed to think complicated things and make complicated plans etc. if you don't verbalize what you're thinking....? I think everyone does it to an extent when they think about it...

Talking to yourself in quick utterances is fine, ExP, as long as you're not holding full blown conversations with yourself.
