I'm not sure if it's already mentioned on another thread, but this afternoon NI Justice Minister David Forde announced in Stormont that the criminalisation of purchasing sex will take effect on 1st June 2015.
That is effectively in six months time.

Six months of getting about, then time to go dark until they realise how unworkable this is and start to investigate stuff like dissidents instead of two consenting adults getting it on
OH man it is a bad news
A very sad day indeed, the wonderful Lucy from Ugly Mugs kept everyone updated via twitter, she's an amazing person and I have so much respect for her fighting for our rights are sex workers, I know both her and Laura Lees will be fighting this all the way and I for one will be giving them my full support xXx
It's pointless fighting it, the politicians don't want to be seen to be supporting it due to image. Simple as that.
I hope it will not happen in rep of Ireland.
Whats the twitter account honey as I would also like to add my support?
Hope you having a good start to the week
Lady Von Teese
Its not pointless at all, fighting for our rights to work in safety and the safety to be able to report to the police if anything happened to us is extremely important. And as long as there are people willing to voice out then they will have to listen to us, they may not do anything right now, but that does not mean we will go away and let them walk crush our voice....
