Reviews League Table

Right, somone enlighten me. I know there is a good answer to this question but I'm buggered if I can figure it out for myself.

I am taking a random example - Rubina in Dublin. If you look at the league table it says she has 97 reviews. If you look in her profile it says there are 102.

So .... what's up with that ?

Ratted reviews dont count.
