I love a good tease but also love a great massage -one that really works the muscles .Can anyone recommend a service where the massage is of a high standard from a therapeutic perspective but also ball clenchingly brilliant from a tease and HE perspective?

When you say 'service' do you mean a provider or a therapeutic place where you might get lucky with extras? I can suggest a provider...
