try a half hour meeting first maybe? 3hrs is a long time for awkward silences, and of course dont get too personal unless...actually dont. period.
600 is alot to spend going in blind
If your good fun and want to have a good laugh as well as great feckin ride...

A dinner date is a relaxed opportunity to buildup a little connection before the main event. You and the person in question, get to know each other, flirt, tease and slowly simmer. I personally love them. However you can not enjoy this type of experience with everyone as people differ. By reading the forum posts and profile of the girls you should get a little feel of their personality. Hope this helps.
A great way to spend an evening BUT not if its your first meeting with the lady ,as suggested already best to have an "ordinary" appointment first
You definitely want to meet the lady first - to see if you hit it off and can have a nice conversation. Then do a dinner date, but I would suggest having your "fun" first, then go for dinner, as this could be much more relaxing.
I had a fantastic dinner date with a lady I've known for years just before Christmas. Despite the fact that we had to change the time of the date at short notice it was a fantastic afternoon.
It's great to spend time with an affectionate, exciting woman, and a bit of a thrill to do so in a public space.
But I would agree with some of the other posters, it's definitely a good idea to know the lady beforehand as you could find things drying up very quickly if you aren't compatible
like I said before, short booking first, but that turns a 600 to a 700+ appointment you say? well......consider it insurance for not losing the 600 ;) cause thats gonna sting a whole lot more than the 100 'wasted' insurance
Chew with your mouth closed and don't talk with your mouth full
