Good breakfast in Dublin centre

I've been awake now for 24hrs and my day is still not over.
I have to go to a meeting in town in a bit and fancy stopping off on the way for an exceptional (not nec expensive - just very good) breakfast and coffee! :)

Any recommendations from todays early birds?
