Negative review deleted

This lady: https://www.escort-ireland.com/escor...t.html#profile was given a negative review several days ago, caused her to opt out of reviews but now the said review has been deleted and she's opted back in to accepting reviews.

Explanation please EI ??

Given she has a long line of very good reviews, including from yourself, I'd be inclined to believe it was removed for a legitimate reason.

Hello, Thank you for your concern about our advertiser.
For the obvious reason I am not able nor willing to discuss an advertiser's issue with her reviews with a third party, especially in public.

Please rest assured however that we are dealing with this lady as we speak and steps have been undertaken to assist her.

I hope so too because I'd been planning on seeing her again in the not too distant future. However negative reviews disappearing without explanation isn't great practice would you agree ?
