After a particurly slippery ride last night.

Should I take a week off ?
After having crashed out last night on a particularly slippery rooted section of a local mountain bike trail, I have been diagnosed with two broken ribs by the Xray doctery person.
Now I have decided to ask my peers for advise in the form of a poll.

Why on earth would you be out on a bike in this weather? Its not a poll you need, it is your head testing.

You think you have it bad. I broke 3 fingers and dislocated the shoulder a few weeks back. All on the right hand side. I couldn't even have a decent wank..... I say go and seek some medical attention from the lovely ladies on EI.

Tell her indoors that the frame has a crack and because its carbon fiber can't be repaired, then I can flog it and splurge the money on some quality time and companionship !! Brilliant.
Come January buy a brand new one, next years model.
