I see loads of threads from banned users from time to time. Do these people get warned first, or for how long do they get banned. Sometimes I have seen explanations from the mods, but to be honest, could not see anything very bad, unless those posts were deleted

I see a lot of banned members recently on here, Some of the guys livened up the boards and were good craic as its becoming a bit stale of late. People should be able to voice an opinion even if others don't agree with it. What's the point of having a forum if not allowed freedom of speech.
