Joining an agency is not as nice as you think.
Why would you give someone a big part of your hard earned cash?
Why would you be compelled to work hours and days that might not suit you?

Also, some agencies are not eager to see some very productive girls leaving to become independent, so in case you are changing your mind later, maybe it won't be so easy to start as independent.

There are agencies in the world that are very professional and they handle booking so well that clients prefer to ring them directly. But the norm in Ireland is different, most of the time people prefer to book directly with the escort.

If you need an agency just because you don't have a necessary start up fond, you can still start your business as an independent on the easy way. Just buy your ad for 3 days or a week and book a room in an escort apartment, or a cheap but nice and discreet hotel. If everything goes well, you should not have any trouble expanding your business from there.
