As well as being afflicted with a small penis, I am also a fat obese fucker (as a couple of escorts have found out to their disgust). I looked down a few nights and realised I couldn't see it anymore. Things must change. I have spent the last few days arming my larder with plenty of cereals and low-fat foods. The gym in work will be utilised three times a week at half an hour a go, to start off. I will no longer eat on the go. By summer, I will go from this:

if your serious about lossing that sort of weight by the summer you need to do a cardio work at least 5 to 6 times a week and maybe some circuit training also, also you need to sit down and make out a serious diet eat small and often, golden rule is WHITE IS SHIT.., get your carbs from brown rice, oatcake,brown pasta, protein from tuna,chicken,red meat,turkey,eggs. get rid of those cereals you bought full of sugar eat porrige instead and diff no spuds. dont listen to any quick fix bullshit about only eat this and only eat that. it will be tough and really hard but worth it from your body looking better to your mental state cheers:):)
