I will enter my bed at exactly 23 hours 25 mins.There i shall read until 23 hours 50 mins and 23 secs.At 23 hours 5o mins and 31.24 secs i will out my light and will fall in a restful slumber at exactly 23 hours 50 mins and 39 secs.

this morning i arose at exactly 6 hours ,27 minutes and 34.21 secs.
