Annual 2 week ban for most active members.

We all need a break every now and again-

I think anyone with more than 1000 posts should get a random ban of 2 consecutive weeks on an annual basis so that they can go out and enjoy the world beyond the InterNerdWebSuperDuperHighway thingumajig
