Thanks for posting that Kate. It's so good to see that in the U.K. there seems to be a debate that is not influenced by religious orders and their minions. Here no one wants to question their so called facts, which are rigged to support their twisted view of sex work. That M.P. really knows what he is talking about as he's from Ipswich where 5 sex workers were killed by one man. Our minister of Justice needs to see this as then, hopefully, her eyes would be opened up to the truth on this subject.

Great post. Powerful and persuasive arguments. Really makes me ashamed to be Irish since we are almost exclusively represented by self serving unenlightened parliamentarians who seem to be in the pocket of misguided NGO's who are wasting millions of taxpayers money on slick propaganda campaigns. If these fools introduce this misguided Swedish legislation next year (North & South) we must immediately start a campaign for its repeal. Keep up the good work and keep the faith!!

What an excellent speech! I don't trust politicians as a rule but I would make an exception for this man. Not only because I agree with him but because he is very articulate and clear without any bullshit. Even the way he interacts with his fellow chamber members is respectful and polite. Hats off..
