Just curious, I was just Review Spotting, hey I have joined the bandwagon, and I noticed the negative icon, but upon reading the review I have noticed that this gentleman is singing this ladies hi praises. But at the bottom where he is to indicated his degree of satisfaction and dis-satisfaction, the two are at odds. Now the question is which is it?

The negative icon is showing up because the review says...

...And it is the Overall Satisfaction rating, not a member of E-I staff, that decides if a review should have a negative / neutral / positive icon.
I'd guess this client was very happy with escort as per the text of his review... So happy he wasn't looking what he was doing when selecting which ratings to give the lady.
I'll get the review edited to what it seems he meant to convey.

This is a perfect example of why you should allow authors to edit their own reviews, this mistake happens often and now it is more important than ever to allow self editing of the reviews...

We will be adding a button where clients can request changes to their reviews, but only E-I staff will actually be able to make the changes requested if we agree with them. It would not be fair on ladies if clients "owned" the reviews they wrote and could update them at any time after they wrote them. Reviews are not like message board posts. They are moderated for the reason that the ladies deserve items that are going to be added to their profile to be moderated by a third party. Clients should not control reviews IMHO.
