I think I've finally figured it out.

Shoe size has baffled us all since it first appeared on escort profiles, but I think I've finally figured it out.
On my most recent encounter with the enemy, I forced my eyes to look below the nipple line and other distractions and there just below her ankles, I saw the answer that has eluded us all.
Eight inch heels.
