For those have seen it, either live or on the internet, here are my personal views on the 'A Very British Brothel' show. Despite some good points, I have been rather critical also.

was that the best photo to use? theres a HUGE cum stain on the sheets (like gigantic! pillow sized!)
but theres merrit in having the table displaying impressive use of space with the telephone so far into the corner like that I suppose

I thought it was great entertainment. You wonder why it hadnt been a story told before. Great visual setting. Women came across as confident, self assured. Better than the previous "escort" doc on Channel 4 (broadcast about 2mths ago). That programme ended abruptly just saying the two women had quit. Left me with doubts about their state of mind, when the whole film was about the buzz they got from their job.

Anyway, thoroughly enjoyed this show:)

We are VERY lucky here at the moment .............we don't need to go into seedy kips like that.
The day that the only option is to visit what I watched the other night,is the day I stop visiting ladies (again).

(Is embossed wallpaper making a comeback?...............or has that place not seen a decorator since 1981?)

Where do you get that idea from? They have options there. They have high class Agencies and they have Independent Escorts. I've never worked in a brothel, but I have worked in Sheffield. The documentary however was about a brothel, so that is all you got to see.

I would never work in a brothel probably for the same reason you wouldn't visit one. The concept does nothing for me and leaves me feeling cold. I do think there is a place for them when they are ran like that one though and I wouldn't judge anyone else for working in one.

You're being blinkered. There is a lot more to offer in England than just a brothel in an area that has very little employment in the North of England. Can you not see the bigger picture or do you prefer to be blinkered?

Im talking about how lucky I reckon we are in comparison to the guys in Sheffield who have to go to that kip.
I know if you move outwards there is just as much choice (more even) as here.
(If im ever blinkered its because ive paid for it or mistress requested so :D)

They don't have to. That is there for those that are happy with that and can afford that. The guys can even go in there and not pay a penny, but just have the company. If they have the money they can also see top class Independent escorts, who are no better or worse than the ones that advertise on here. What you actually mean is that you are very lucky, that you can afford to see girls that do not work in those conditions. There are girls working in those conditions here in Ireland, you just haven't met them.

Nothing to do with income....I have experience of €50 .€60,€70 appointments in the past and while some might not be the best service,others were remarkably good......................none ive yet visited worked in that sort of a ranch though.

I've heard of some disgusting places being rented out with soiled towels and no facilities so the girls have had to go out and buy their own. There are some hovels over here, you just haven't experienced it.
