I was reading an article a week ago where escorts instead of using advertiser websites like E-I are turning to twitter to advertise their services.With popularity in twitter on the rise will more follow suit instead of paying fees and use a service that is free.

There is a Twitter choice in the "about me" part of the user profile section, so far I haven't seen anyone use it though. As long as you know the escort in question then it would be a good idea.
