I am beginning to think its not the legal issue but my own fear of sex

Basically I contemplated going to see a girl today but again chickened out. I mean even thinking of it got me so nervous. I mean how sad is that.I really have psychlogical issues with intimacy , I mean im in my 30's and I havent even kissed a girl. One of the real reasons I want to visit escorts is not only to get myself off but to build up some experience so I wont look like a total loser when I eventually do get with a girl. I dont know why im like this maybe part of it is because I have so little confidence in myself and how I look.Maybe i dont look as bad as I think I look because recently a girl at a bar hit off me by accident after that she commented that the drink I was getting looked nice.My response was so sad I dont want to even say it.I am at a loss at how im going to short this out
