To Patricia or E-E administration

Why can not I use the mesage board in Escort-England???
My user name and password are the same as the one I use in Escort-Ireland but in E-E does not work for some reason I don't know. It let me loggin but it does not let write anything in the mesage board. I want top use same email, username and password as I use in E-I. Can you unblock it, please. What can I do as I want to use the England mesage board.
I have paid for my add in E-E so it should work.
