I have been reading some of the latest reviews and have noticed a few with the rat beside them but there is no explination as to why " Patricia smells a rat" is it possible for an explaination to be printed below the review to explain why???

I think this is a fair point. I will talk to all our staff about this and advise they should always give a reason.
