I find the Europeans have more upright stance and double up on their jab very effectively but they tend to move backwards in straight lines which makes them an easier target when on the back foot.
The Irish would be better all round I recon and for such a small country we produce some excellent counter punchers I think it's the bravery where they are prepared to take a shot to give two back and that is the key as well as speed and reflexes to bing a good counter puncher.
Obviously diet and training is important but the edge has to go to the Irish I think.
