I think being allowed to attempt the activity in question probably qualifies as doing it. Fact that I didn't want to force the issue too much ( parton the pun ) did not seem to matter. I must double up on the lube next time and try the lady in question again. Maybe get her to laugh or cough at the opportune time would distract her focus on keeping certain muscles tensed.. :)
