Yes indeed sex workers tend to be highly skilled capable intelligent people not collaborators in their own oppression ala Stockholm Syndrome!

A very good interview and fair play to the Irish Times for daring to publish the truth.
Check out the Magdalene trolling the comments section:
''why is it acceptable to create a sub - class of women to service men? Paid access to use the body of another person is not a human right. It's abuse.''
Fish in a barrel.
Kudos to Laura. She has my admiration and support.
Is the 'KateCurvaceous' that comments on the IT website the same Kate from these forums?
Just reading the comments section there now, very enlightening to read all the comments of Minou (the puppet for TORL and Ruhama). It really does give you a flavour of the kind of 'arguments' they try to come up with when faced with the truth. I've saved her comments for future reference.
Well done Laura. Liked very much that she stated that it is not all about the sex for some clients.
really good interview .... like why outlaw the oldest job in the world.... like just put a small tax on it and leave us alone ...
just heard laura on radio she will have some fight.&the law is going to happen south soon .
Well technically , it seems that U S style legislation will be implemented , if one reads into Frances Fitzgerald last Dail statement.
All purchasers would be criminalised.
All sellers would be criminalised - unless seller works alone ,in which case ,their landlord will be criminalised.
All while Fitzgerald tells the media at WeDon'tBuyIt that women in prostitution are victims and the exploited - so the best way to help them is to continue the current policy of criminalisation .
The minute the law is landed here, the court appeals will start.
