Second, the booths are notorious for hook ups. Therefore we can surmise that he was not there for terpsichorean purposes, although he was not alone. If you eliminate the impossible, what remains is the truth. Therefore, this is what happened:
Said suspect went into the booth with an unknown companion. After feeling her boobs up, he noticed a liquid on his hands. fearing it was blood, he took out his lighter to shed some light. What he didn't know was that his companion was a TS, who had used a cheap brand of cooking oil to fill the balloons he was using for fake boobs. When the lighter ignited the flammable liquid, the fake boobs exploded and engulf the idiot in flames.
