He made hard work of beating Wawrinka last night. If he gets through the semi finals Federer will be too good for him. I don't think he will get through the semis though. It was good to see tennis at night. This roof and lights is making a difference as it saved those games been delayed untill the ext day.

Totally agree,the worst thing about wimbledon was the rain delays.i killed it.the roof is a nice addition itink.i dont actually dislike murray that much its the hype around i hate because hes only won 1r2 tournaments.but i suppose thats the british media for u.they put way to much pressure on their sports people.really doesnt help

assuming qf go with seeding - Murray due to meet roddick in semis - and federer v djokovic

thing about murray is that he is the only man apart from nadal to have a better head to head vs federer (6-2)

so you never know.....

But Federer usually beats him in the Grand Slam tournaments and longer set games. Then again Djokovic could beat Federer which could happen.

Tennis is a delightful sport.

I knew Federer would win the title. But I didn't think it would be so close. It turned out to be a great game. I didn't know Roddick could play as well as that. He could've win it just as well. It was down to fitness and stamina in the end. It was great to the significance of it with Federer becoming the greatest Grand Slam Champion of all time.

Andy Murray will win a couple of Wimbledons within the next 5 or 6 yrs.....

If Federer won 15 Grand Slams in 6 years it's possible Andy Murray will do the same. But I doubt it. He has a few slams in him anyhow. The US Open is his best chance as he does well on the hard courts. He's unlucky that he's in an era with such great players like Federer and Nadal. Roddicks unlucky too.

I'd say deep inside of him Roddick hates Federers guts hes only won 2 of their 21 matches & was 3 times beaten by him in the final....

Before Federer came along Roddick was the main man. He was world number one and US Open champion at the time Federer came on the scene. This is the third Wimbledon final he's lost to Federer. He could've had a few titles only for Federer.

Federer was better than Roddick overall particularly in the last set he came close to
