My advice it's a no no

Only if you don't care about the money, or there is no other choice.

For me, if the lady has no reviews but pics are verified, I will take a chance.
If pics are not verified, I will only visit is she has a few reviews under her belt.

As I said only take a punt if the money in not important to you and no other choice available.
