Christmas food whats with sprouts and their affects on us

Why do sprouts do what they do to you. Being lady - like cos we all do know the affect that they do have, but the worst part is that the expression "silent but deadly" comes to mind..........:(:(

Always blame it on the dog or cat or kids......... thats my way out of it - i wouldn't even mind but i hate them i never eat them except at Christmas, and even as i am eating them i think how repulsive they are.:p:p

Any stories about foot and its affects, oh and by the way i am lactose intollerant - that has the same affect - so when on a diet i drink milk so that whatever i eat just goes straight through me - I know too much information..... xxx Lizzy :D:D
