There are a number issues which have not been resolved for almost a month now. I've given up trying to search because it always messes up on the 2nd page. I've tried to send a message to EI using their Contact Us page and the verification capcha doesn't work. The logins are getting confused, my favourites are always someone else's. It's a mess. I wish they would at least let us know what is going on.
